     3. Party in Wash. Hts around 1958. Aki Yamada (head in center)
     stole hundreds of millions from medi-care and will be in jail in
     Florida for a long time. Tom Elliott is right in front of him.
     Others are Pat Hendrey, Charlie Swann, Linda Kingston.


4. 1960 Yearbook in progress. Pat Hubbert, Russle Roberts, Dr. Hay, Tom Elliott. Far right and bottom left Unknown.	5. Nicola's Pizza was an old hang out in the Reponge area of Tokyo. A freeway went through the old site and the new location is about half a mile away.

     6. The "BIRD". This is a memorial to the first man flight in Japan.
     The back door to the Washington Hights teen club was just 10 feet
     to the right. This is the door we all used as the front door was
     through the officers club. Wash. Hts was cleared and team housing
     was built for the Olympic games in Tokyo. After the games, the
     housing was removed and the whole area was made into a park. As
     with many things, the "BIRD" was the only thing there before the US
     came and is the only thing there after we left....

7. The condom store is "new" Japan. The picture was taken
last year near the site of old Wash. Hits.
